Welcome to Synergy Physical Therapy Group We are an independent LLC based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  We provide physical therapy across the state of Michigan to patients as part of their interdisciplinary care team plan.  We recognize clinical integration as being the most effective treatment for conditions such as TMJ, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Head & Neck Pain, Pelvic Pain and others. We provide entry level positions to new PT grads. Within our practice we also collect clinical outcome data to determine effectiveness of our treatment methods, to define best practice and to offer continued staff development.
